Refund Policy
The short version
You can ask for a refund within 14 days of a purchase. Refunds are handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, and go back to the payment method you used.
What can be refunded
- Premium witches (The Supreme, The Antichrist, Marie Laveau, Papa Legba) and the Dark Court bundle: refundable within 14 days. The witch is locked again on your account when the refund is paid.
- Coins and extra lives: refundable within 14 days if you have not spent them. Spent coins or lives cannot be returned; if only part of a pack is unspent we may refund that part.
When a refund may be refused
- The purchase is older than 14 days, and there is no fault on our side.
- The account was used to cheat or break the Terms of Service, or the purchase is part of fraud or a chargeback abuse.
If something went wrong
If you were charged and did not receive what you bought, or you were charged twice, contact us and we will fix it or refund you in full, whatever the age of the purchase. Your Paddle receipt lists the transaction number: please quote it.

- contact us through alphacodestudio.com with your account name and the receipt.
Your legal rights
This policy does not limit rights you have under the consumer law where you live, including any right of withdrawal or guarantee for digital content.
